Welcome to Eerie & Macabre Bazaar Events
Thank you for your interest in participating as a trader. Please complete all sections of the application form accurately to help us ensure a well organised event. We look forward to welcoming you.
Town: Weston-s-Mare
Date: Sunday 12 July 2026 Times: 10.30 — 4pm (event running time) with trader access from 8.30am.
Traders must be set up and ready to sell by 10.25 am. The building is to be vacated by 5pm.
Venue
The Royal Hotel, 1 S Parade, Weston super Mare BS23 1JP. The function room is on the first floor which is accessible via stairs. If you have any accessibility needs please let us know in advance. There is plenty of car parking at the hotel but please pay at the metres.
Spaces
Spaces are sold in 6ft blocks which is the total length of available trading space. If you require a table and a rail then you will need to purchase 12ft. If you wish to bring a larger stand display please book extra table space to ensure it can be accommodated. We cannot always place you on the back wall; this will depend on availability and the space required. We also have a very limited number of corner spaces available (please note these are slightly more expensive depending on size required — do contact us if this is the case).
6ft spaces include a 6ft x 2ft table and space behind for standing and storage. If you would like to bring a clothing rail please ensure you have booked additional space to accommodate this.
12ft spaces include two 6ft x 2ft tables and space behind.
Please note we try to be as fair as possible with regard to positioning and will do our best to accommodate requests, however this will not always be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Set Up
Set up will be from 8.30am. Please ensure you check in with us before you unload to find your allocated space and to collect your trader wristband(s). Please unload promptly and move your vehicle before you begin to set up so that others can unload too.
Table Cloths
Please bring your own table cloths as we do not supply these for indoor events.
Public Liability Insurance
All traders must have valid Public Liability Insurance. Please email a copy of your PLI to us with your completed form.
Electric
If you require electric please tick this on the booking form. We have a limited number of sockets available and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please bring your own extension leads and tape down any trailing wires.
Payment
Payment is required once your space has been confirmed. Please do not make payment until we have confirmed your booking.
Promotion
We will promote the event across our social media channels and local groups. Please also promote your attendance — the more we all share, the better the turnout.
Trader Products
We work hard to ensure there is a limited amount of product overlap. Therefore, please attend with the items that you have listed to sell. You may be asked to remove items not listed if provided by another trader who has highlighted them and is also attending the same event.
