Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

The original packaging and any accessories included with the item must be returned.

Proof of purchase must be presented.

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Once your request is approved, carefully package the item and return it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will process your refund.

Please note the following:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damages and issues

We guarantee replacement or refund for items damaged during shipping or defective upon receipt. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for assistance.  If you contact us more than 2 days after receivig your item, we will be unable to assist you

 

Refunds

We offer seamless refunds within 30 days of purchase for items returned in their original condition.  Simply contact us at hello@eerieemporium.co.uk to initiate the return process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge within 3 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee. Please contact us hello@eerieemporium.co.uk promptly to request a cancellation.  If you notify us after this time frame we may not be able to cancel your order.
