We strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure your satisfaction. Upon placing an order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed, shipping times vary depending on your location. 

For domestic orders within UK, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.  For international orders, shipping times may vary and can range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £60, within the UK. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate shipping fee of £2.50 will apply.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
